As a professional manufacturer of water supply and sewage valve designated by the former Fujian Mechanical Industry Bureau, it was founded in 1968 and a member of China Valve Association. Also it is the sole plant of producing gate valve, gas valve, and city gas valve (max diameter of 1800mm) in Fujian province.
With total fixed assets of RMB 80 million, the company boasts cogent technical capacity, leading equipment, advanced technology, complete mechanical processing and test equipment, perfect quality management system & aftersales service and modern management mechanism etc. Located in Fuxia Industrial Zone, close to Fujian No 324 State Road, the plant enjoys convenient transport covering an area of 36, 960 sq m (incl a floor area of 26, 000 sq m). The plant has a total of 236 employees, among which there are 5 senior engineers and 28 engineers, making up 50% of its total employees. With an annual capacity of 13, 500 T of casting valve and nearly 1, 000 T of ball iron and other standardized valve, it is mainly engaged in more than 120 valves of 1, 600 specifications e. G. Low pressure gate valve, gas valve, city gas valve, fully plastic soft sealing gate valve, choke valve, check valve, plug valve, Y type filter, pipe extender, butterfly valve, and saddle valve.
Adopting GB, BS, KS, and JIS standards, its products were certified by Fujian Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and awarded the ′Recommended Products′. In addition, the company was certified by State Administration for Industry and Commerce for trademark registration and brands certification and it was accredited with ISO9002 quality certification.
The company would like to cultivate a long-term co-operation with fellow companies, universities, colleges, and scientific research institutes in terms of standardized valve and other valve productions for water supply & sewage, electric power, metallurgical, petrochemical, textile, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, city construction, and national defense industry.
